• Efficiently responding to 200+ written inquiries a week via Intercom. • Taking full ownership of each case from the first message through to resolution, delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. • Supporting mission-critical functions such as payouts, project mediation, and fraud prevention. • Educating and empowering users by providing clear guidance, tutorials, and resources. • Being the voice of the community by identifying patterns in feedback and improving the overall user experience.
