📋 Description

• Review open accounts and follow up if they are past due. • Work with the deductions department to reconcile any deductions/short-pays that may arise. • Resolve any unapplied cash on an account. • Run aging reports in Microsoft Excel to identify accounts to be targeted for collection calls. • Maintain strong level of professionalism and customer service with clients via excellent communication. • Process Bank Wire, ACH & Credit Card transactions. • Reach out to customers on pending orders. • Work closely with the Credit department to communicate any customers that need to be blocked or sent to outside collections/Euler credit insurance. • Work closely with the Sales Team as it relates to customers that are not within payment terms.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of Business Collections experience (B2B) • High School diploma, but BS/BA Degree preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook • Experience with SAP preferred
