📋 Description

• Support enterprise reporting, data analysis, and system integration initiatives across finance and operational platforms • Design, develop, and maintain reports and data pipelines using SQL, Oracle ERP, and ServiceNow systems • Design, build, and maintain custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support daily operations and strategic goals • Partner with department leaders to define key metrics, gather reporting requirements, and present findings • Collect raw data from various enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Audit data regularly, identify data quality issues, and support data cleansing and standardization initiatives • Reduce manual reporting efforts through automation and document data dictionaries, reporting procedures, and SOPs • Collaborate with corporate finance and IT teams to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance • 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence • General ERP Financial Module experience (GL, FA, Projects, etc) • Strong experience with advanced data analysis tools (Oracle BI/OTBI preferred; Tableau, PowerBI, others accepted) • Strong experience in querying languages (SQL) • Process-oriented with ability to gather, structure and analyse data from multiple data sources and brands • Experience developing and maintaining KPI’s in ServiceNow • Experience in leveraging technology to improve business processes • Ability to communicate/present to management • Strong initiative-taker with resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems • Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle
