• Actively prospect new potential customers • Build strong relationships with existing customers • Present and persuasively promote Droople's products/services • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Proven experience selling water filtration systems, water dispensers/water fountains and/or professional coffee machines • Established network in this segment (distributors, installers, facilities managers, HoReCa players or specialized B2B actors) • Required: Demonstrated experience in the water sector, particularly with water dispensers, water filtration and/or sanitary installations (real estate/smart buildings) • Experience with IoT solutions related to water networks or technical building/property management • Knowledge and understanding of SaaS models and their sales cycles within the real estate environment • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets • Passion for business development and company growth • English preferred; additional languages are a plus
