• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in distributed, remote-first, or hybrid environments • Demonstrated expertise in program and project management • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders • Experience applying design thinking or user-centered design methodologies • Strong communication skills • Proficiency using data and insights to inform strategy • Bachelor’s Degree
