📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and operate Dropbox’s global production network across datacenter, backbone, edge, and cloud networking • Support operations and on-call coverage for the production network, ensuring high reliability and availability • Drive automation initiatives for network configuration, monitoring, and change management • Develop and improve network telemetry and observability systems to enhance visibility and reliability • Partner with global SMEs, software engineers, and operations teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (traffic, physical infrastructure, security) to support end-to-end network initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and operating large-scale production networks • Hands-on experience with datacenter, backbone and edge networking at scale • Proficiency in core networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF/ISIS, MPLS and IPv4/IPv6 • Strong background working with major networking vendors (e.g., Juniper, Cisco, Arista) • Strong background in automation (e.g., Python, Ansible, or infrastructure-as-code tools) • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, or telemetry systems for network reliability • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working on distributed global teams.
