📋 Description

• Own multi-phase full-stack product capabilities from requirements and technical design through staged rollout, measurement, and ongoing operation. • Design and evolve scalable web experiences, services, APIs, and data models for Browse, Navigate, Preview, App Shell, window chrome, and shared web capabilities. • Make architecture and scope tradeoffs that balance customer needs, delivery constraints, reliability, performance, security, privacy, and maintainability. • Improve observability, testing, incident readiness, and on-call health, and lead debugging and production-risk decisions when systems fail. • Use approved AI and automation tools for implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational workflows; validate outputs and standardize practices that preserve engineering quality. • Align cross-team dependencies and create leverage through reusable components and services, design and code reviews, runbooks, technical documentation, and mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience • Experience designing, shipping, and operating large-scale, customer-facing web applications • Strong frontend engineering skills with TypeScript or JavaScript • Experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++ • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives • Experience making architecture tradeoffs across systems and models • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly
