📋 Description

• Design, build, and support real-time integrations using Boomi, Workato, AWS, and Snowflake/Databricks to enable seamless data flow across ERP, CRM, and HCM systems at Dropbox. • Develop and maintain integration flows, including managing and deploying APIs, leveraging iPaaS features, and integrating with enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications. • Design and optimize integration flows and leverage common integration frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex data mapping to enable scalable and reliable integrations. • Utilize scripting languages and APIs (JavaScript, Groovy, REST, SOAP) and work with diverse data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV. • Handle advanced integration scenarios involving SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, and JSON technologies to support complex business use cases. • Implement secure authentication and encryption mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, PGP encryption/decryption) to protect data and ensure secure communication between systems. • Monitor system performance and reliability, resolve production issues through root cause analysis, and evaluate opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and overall efficiency. • Play a crucial role in modernizing Dropbox’s enterprise integration and data platforms, gain exposure to senior leadership, and work with cloud and data technologies to deepen integration expertise. • Participate in occasional on-call work to address bugs, outages, or other operational issues to maintain service stability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting real-time integrations using Boomi or Workato, with strong production support expertise. • Proven ability to develop and manage integration flows, including APIs, leveraging iPaaS features, and integrating with enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and other SaaS applications. • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks, including the ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database components. • Proficiency in scripting and programming (JavaScript, Java/Groovy) and experience working with diverse data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV. • Familiarity with integration frameworks such as message queuing, caching, API management, and complex data mapping for scalable, reliable solutions. • Experience implementing secure authentication and encryption mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, PGP encryption/decryption) with a strong focus on data security, retention, and compliance. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize and scale integrations across complex enterprise application environments. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. (Preferred) • Boomi/Workato certifications preferred, with demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade integrations. (Preferred) • Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud integration patterns to support resilient and scalable data flows. (Preferred) • Exposure to advanced integration scenarios using SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WSDL, XSD, and JSON technologies. (Preferred) • Proven track record of driving automation and continuous improvements in integration performance and reliability. (Preferred)
