📋 Description

• Help grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial • For hiring operations: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance and identifying broken processes • For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase and ship client work, hold timelines, brief the team and prevent work from stalling • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do and close it without being asked • Make real calls every day and be judged on decision quality • Identify failing processes, including company processes, and raise them • Write clearly and honestly about problems • Complete a paid six-to-eight-week trial performing the real job and making decisions on live work

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us • Strong written English • Based in Argentina • Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one • Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employer, dates, title and paid status of listed employment are verified by contract and payslips
