📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial based on demonstrated strengths. • Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes. • Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing work from stalling. • Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked. • Make and own daily operational decisions. • Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly. • Make decisions on live work during the paid six- to eight-week trial.

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job. • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial. • If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days. • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us. • Strong written English. • Based in Mexico. • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one. • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months. • Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying. • Complete the application process, including a short Loom video, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial.
