📋 Description

• Research Drop Zero Digital, its website, and LinkedIn before applying • Explain what the company does, where you found it, and why you want to work there in a Loom video • Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial • Run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures • Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work • Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked • Make real operational decisions daily and be judged on decision quality • Make calls on live work during the paid trial and respond to direct feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Poland • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips • Honest and accurate representation of work history; misrepresentation is disqualifying • Ability to make and own decisions, including unsuccessful ones • Ability to distinguish which decisions are yours to make • Ability to accept feedback and change appropriately • Ability to identify failing processes and communicate problems • Clear and honest writing • Must complete the application process, including a short Loom video, email test, founder call, recorded video interview, aptitude tests, and paid trial
