📋 Description

• Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial • Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures • Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work • Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked • Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes • Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial • Complete an application, Loom video, email test, founder call, recorded video interview, aptitude tests, and a six-to-eight-week paid trial

🎯 Requirements

• Full time once hired, and this is your only job • During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, 2 of them at a fixed time inside its working day; current employment may be retained during the trial • If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days • Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company • Strong written English • Based in Romania • Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one • Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months • Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips
