📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern frontend development practices • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML • Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using .NET and C# • Work with AWS cloud services, including application deployment and supporting infrastructure • Use AWS Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify for hosting, storage, deployment, and cloud workflows • Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, database integration, and troubleshooting • Build clean, maintainable, testable, and scalable code across web, mobile, and backend applications • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving • Follow Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows • Deploy and support applications across Android and iOS platforms • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Own assigned features through development, testing, and deployment • Communicate progress, technical issues, risks, and recommendations proactively • Contribute to architecture discussions and improvements to development processes and practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience • Proven ownership of production applications or major features across web, mobile, backend, and cloud environments • Strong hands-on experience with React, production web applications, REST API integration, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design • Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, including MVVM, dependency injection, cross-platform development, local storage, APIs, third-party integrations, debugging, and Android/iOS deployment • Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and modern .NET/ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs • Production experience with AWS, particularly Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify, including deployment, configuration, cloud architecture, and troubleshooting • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), SQL queries, stored procedures, views, database integration, and troubleshooting • Strong working knowledge of Git, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative workflows • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and application release processes • Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, debugging, API integration, application architecture, code reviews, and technical documentation • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and effectively within a small, fast-moving team • Legally allowed to work within the Philippines • Experience working with remote/distributed teams and collaborating directly with US-based clients, founders, product owners, or other non-technical stakeholders is preferred • Xamarin experience, particularly migration to .NET MAUI, is a plus • Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or OIDC is a plus • Experience with additional Microsoft or cloud technologies is a plus
