📋 Description

• Own operational delivery of projects from initiation through completion • Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Client Service, Structural Design, Strategic Buying, Finance, and Project Support teams • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and coordinate mitigation plans • Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals, and system records • Provide project status updates and maintain delivery-performance visibility for stakeholders • Support internal and external stakeholders with recommendations on delivery impacts, timeline adjustments, and operational considerations • Drive adherence to processes, governance requirements, and operational best practices • Coordinate project completion, invoicing readiness, and financial milestones • Partner with Finance and operational teams to resolve issues affecting delivery, billing, or supplier payments • Manage projects through the end-to-end lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project management experience • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Experience managing project briefings, administration, timelines, and delivery milestones • Proactive, hands-on problem-solving ability • Ability to navigate operational challenges and coordinate activities across multiple functions • Experience within the print, packaging, display, retail marketing, or supply chain industry highly desirable • Working knowledge of permanent and temporary POS displays • Knowledge of 2D POSM execution • Proficiency in Excel
