📋 Description

• responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment and systems • troubleshooting, repairing, and performing predictive and preventive maintenance on plant equipment • monitoring equipment performance through testing and analysis • reporting variances • performing installation, repair and maintenance to facility equipment, systems and components • interpreting design drawings and O&M manuals • replacing worn damaged or failed equipment • making repairs to steam turbine and combustion turbine auxiliary, prime movers and balance of plant equipment • assisting Engineering with modifications/revisions to plant systems

🎯 Requirements

• GT Trainee- must possess a journeyman skill in the instrumentation and controls discipline. • GT 1 - Must possess a Journeyman I&C skill AND possess progression level proficiency in one additional discipline (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical). • 1.5 years related experience. • GT 2- Must possess a Journeyman I&C skill AND possess progression level proficiency in two additional disciplines (e.g., Electrical and Mechanical). • 3 years related experience. • In lieu of a I&C journeyman skill, 2-years of military experience or technical school certificate; or combination of training and experience in the related disciplines will be considered. • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Overtime including weekend work and holidays.
