📋 Description

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. • Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. • Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Universal EPA Certified (Required) • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email. • Candidates should reside in the Batavia, New York area. • Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion. • Driving to remote work sites as needed. • Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
