• Generate new revenue by winning new customers and expanding opportunities within existing accounts • Prospect manufacturers, OEM machine builders, automation integrators, and material handling distributors within the territory • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory development • Develop relationships with engineering, operations, purchasing leaders, and material handling experts within customer organizations • Identify production and material handling challenges and recommend consultative conveyor solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency • Expand existing accounts by identifying new applications, projects, and departments • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to order placement • Collaborate with engineering and internal sales teams to develop effective technical solutions • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking in CRM • Travel throughout the territory to support customers and identify new opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree required • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience • Demonstrated ability or strong interest in prospecting and developing new business • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to use a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges and recommend solutions • Interest in manufacturing, automation, and material handling systems • Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound outreach • Coachable, organized, and motivated by performance and growth • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 60% within the territory
