• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, MarCom, or demand generation roles. • Proven ability to drive lead conversion through strategic marketing initiatives. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Emma/Active Campaign email platforms, a plus. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, sales, and analytics teams. • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
