📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product features from user-facing UI through API, data, and deployment • Take ambiguous requirements from definition to production • Define MVP scope and select metrics tied to customer outcomes • Build features interacting with LLM outputs, including agent-response parsing and human-in-the-loop flows • Identify customer problems through product feedback, competitive analysis, and customer conversations • Prioritize, build, and ship weekly • Collaborate proactively with product and design • Ship features to production and measure customer impact • Participate in an on-site trial day, shipping something small to production with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Located within two hours of Prague (CET) • Repeated experience taking ambiguous requirements to production • Full-stack ownership of UI, API, data, and deployment • Ability to define MVP scope and select meaningful product metrics • Experience working alongside AI systems and interacting with LLM outputs • Strong product quality judgment • Ability to collaborate with product and design teams • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment • Excitement to learn TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Fastify, Kysely, PostgreSQL, Zod, GCP, and AI primitives • Strong security and production reliability awareness desirable • Scalable distributed-systems experience desirable • Applied LLM experience desirable, including evaluation design, prompt engineering, safety controls, and cost optimization • Experience designing interfaces for AI-assisted workflows desirable
