📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize processes. • Develop new concepts and actively shape the further development of our systems and processes. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Confidently address and resolve customer inquiries. • Take ownership of and lead new projects. • Represent results confidently in meetings and with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. • Preferably knowledge of agile methodologies. • Ability to communicate with IT and translate business requirements clearly. • Initial professional experience in the securities environment is desirable but not mandatory. • Fluent German (C1) and working knowledge of English (B2).
