📋 Description

• Holistic account management and advisory services for Key Accounts / the cooperative financial group regarding dwpbank's services • Support for sales and business-unit development in both institutional and retail environments • Responsibility for customer price calculations and simulations • Review of existing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drafting of new SLAs • Planning and conducting workshops/meetings and moderating customer workshops • Participation in internal and external (agile) projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree, ideally in business administration, economics or a related field, or equivalent qualification • Initial experience in Key Account Management or Business Development in the securities area • Knowledge of the financial networks (SFG/GFG) and/or private and commercial banking sectors • Strong interest in the banking industry • Business-fluent German (C2) • Very good English skills (C1) • Sense for audience-appropriate communication and solution-oriented action • Continuous learning and knowledge transfer are a matter of course
