📋 Description

• Develop and ensure the professional quality assurance of course content. • Design an end-to-end case study covering the process from digital document receipt to archiving. • Develop practical exercises and assessment criteria. • Define realistic process flows based on company and tax consultancy practices. • Ensure content is up to date with legal requirements and best practices. • Coordinate content with the other subject-matter experts in the program.

🎯 Requirements

• German language skills at C1/C2 level; English skills are an advantage. • Strong knowledge of German financial accounting. • Several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, including processing incoming and outgoing invoices. • Excellent knowledge of DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen online. • Experience with e-invoicing standards such as E‑Rechnung, XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. • Practical experience with digital document workflows, GoBD and digital archiving. • Knowledge of banking and payment processes as well as open-items management. • Experience with master data maintenance and data import/export in DATEV. • Experience in process mapping and defining control points. • Understanding of the digitalization and automation of accounting and finance processes. • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in German financial accounting or in a tax consultancy. • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience with digital accounting and finance processes.
