📋 Description

• Development and subject-matter quality assurance of course content. • Design of a comprehensive end-to-end case study covering digital document intake through to archiving. • Development of practice-oriented exercises and assessment criteria. • Definition of realistic process flows from companies and tax firms. • Ensuring subject-matter currency with respect to legal requirements and best practices. • Coordination of content with the other subject-matter experts in the program.

🎯 Requirements

• German language skills at C1/C2 level; English skills are an advantage. • Solid knowledge of German financial accounting. • Several years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as processing incoming and outgoing invoices. • Very good knowledge of DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen online. • Experience with e-invoicing, XRechnung and ZUGFeRD. • Practical experience with digital document workflows, GoBD and digital archiving. • Knowledge of banking and payment processes as well as open item management. • Experience with master data maintenance as well as data import and export in DATEV. • Experience in process mapping and in defining control points. • Understanding of the digitization and automation of accounting and finance processes. • At least 5 years of professional experience in German financial accounting or in a tax firm. • At least 2–3 years’ experience with digital accounting and financial processes. • Experience in implementing or optimizing e-invoicing, digital document workflows or DATEV workflows. • Experience leading projects, processes or teams.
