📋 Description

• Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects • Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions • Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support • Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules • Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements • Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice • Contribute to project planning, estimations and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations • Strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central including core HR, workflows and data models • Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments • Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders • Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly regarded • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills • SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable • Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship
