📋 Description
• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of SAP Ariba solutions across multiple client engagements • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders • Facilitate workshops to understand client business requirements and define target-state procurement processes • Provide thought leadership across Source-to-Pay, Procurement Transformation, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and Strategic Sourcing • Lead solution design, configuration strategy, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities • Drive best-practice adoption across SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA Procurement, and SAP Business Network solutions • Mentor and support junior and senior consultants within the Procurement practice • Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation across client environments • Support business development initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain solutions • Extensive hands-on experience delivering SAP Ariba implementations • Deep knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contracts, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and SAP Business Network • Strong understanding of procurement business processes and Source-to-Pay best practices • Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA • Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with executive-level stakeholders • Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills • Experience leading project streams or acting as a solution lead on complex transformation programmes • SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement expertise highly desirable • SAP Fieldglass experience highly desirable • SAP Signavio process transformation experience highly desirable • SAP Activate methodology certification highly desirable • SAP Ariba and/or SAP Procurement certifications highly desirable • Experience contributing to pre-sales and business development activities highly desirable • Preferred applicant required to undertake employment screening
