📋 Description
• Lead delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) solutions across multiple client projects • Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ recruitment and onboarding processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions • Lead end-to-end implementations and support projects across SuccessFactors modules with a focus on REC and ONB • Support customers in defining, enhancing and documenting business processes • Design solutions, estimate efforts, prioritise gaps, and design implementation timelines • Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment • Define testing approach, develop and execute test scripts, and manage issue resolution • Finalise configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration, and support cutover • Conduct knowledge transfer activities including training and customer support for ongoing skill development • Provide expert-level guidance to stakeholders and optimise business processes
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projects • Strong expertise in HXM process optimisation and design • SuccessFactors certifications in Recruitment (RCM) essential • Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB) certifications highly regarded • Demonstrated ability to gather and assess requirements from functional business owners • Experience configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite • Familiarity with integration into Employee Central • Skilled in developing functional and systems specifications • Professional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) • Legal right to work in Australia; sponsorship not available
