📋 Description

• Conduct a status-quo analysis of the existing email marketing and funnel flow • Optimize lead capture (web forms, GDPR-compliant data collection, clean data forwarding) • Build email journeys & automations: Lead → info call → next step, including keep-warm (stay-engaged) sequences for contacts with a later start date • Reactivate existing database & ensure deliverability (warm up approx. 5,000 existing contacts, maintain inbox placement) • Develop and refine lead magnets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in email marketing and marketing automation (not a generalist—genuine specialization) • Proficient with marketing automation tools (Keap, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo, etc. — specific tool is secondary; core craft matters) • Experience with funnel building, segmentation, journey design, and lead nurturing • Understanding of deliverability and reactivation of 'cold' lists • GDPR knowledge for lead capture in a European context • German-speaking; independent, reliable long-term working style in a remote setup
