📋 Description
• Assist healthcare providers to ensure orders are complete and processed promptly • Respond to incoming calls, emails and priority messages • Accurately document all client, facility and call details
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Bilingual (French/English) required for Quebec; an asset for the rest of Canada • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre or relevant industry experience • Proficient with MS Office tools
