📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance and office support to internal and remote associates • Process orders received via fax, e-mail, and phone on a daily basis • Communicate with multiple external and internal customers • Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job • Communicate with various internal departments for customer/product-related issues • Maintain accurate information regarding backorders • Responsible for providing customers with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and services • Suggest improvements to customer service operations • Other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in a customer service role • Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or MS MCDST certification • Strong experience with TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, wireless systems, and practical knowledge of VPN and Cisco firewalls • Fluent in English and French mandatory • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint) • Strong proficiency in order entry systems • Excellent problem solving ability • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail • Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
