📋 Description

• Design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure supporting enterprise platforms such as the Atlassian Data Center Suite • Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and security personnel to implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native monitoring and logging solutions • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure upgrades align with enterprise release cadences • Manage and optimize cloud-based identity integrations using LDAPS, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies • Utilize containerization and orchestration platforms to deploy and manage infrastructure services

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in cloud development and infrastructure engineering • Experience with services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPCs, Lambda, and IAM • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud environments in AWS GovCloud and Azure • Administer and configure Atlassian Data Center Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd) • Automate cloud provisioning and infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using BitBucket and Bamboo • Monitor and maintain system performance and availability using tools like AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana • Apply cloud security best practices including IAM policy management, data encryption, network configuration, MFA, and integration with AWS Security Hub • Support Active Directory/LDAPS and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations • Utilize containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform patching, and execute upgrades • Ensure Section 508 compliance for accessibility in web-based enterprise tools • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and System Demos • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams
