📋 Description

• Support development and evolution of training and onboarding programs • Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify productivity gaps • Translate priorities into execution guidance for sellers • Collaborate with stakeholders for broader strategic initiatives • Track participation and feedback of enablement programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • 5+ years in Sales Enablement • Experience in quantitative, online, or digital market research • Exposure to quota-carrying roles • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and Excel
