• Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice. • Exceed client expectations of project delivery. • Collaborate with and support Sales and Customer Services in driving revenue growth through client relationship development that lead to referrals and repeat business. • Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges during fielding. • Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner throughout the project field. • Coordinate internal resources for project support. • Administer internal customer relationship information at the project level through efficient project documentation. • Share knowledge across internal functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience or related work experience • Account or client services experience is beneficial • Experience in market research strongly desired • Experience in a customer service environment desired • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Knowledge of SPSS or ConfirmIt a plus.
