• Stimulate sales growth and visibility across all Dyson categories within partner retailers in the Nord and Île-de-France regions • Serve as the brand reference in the field: regularly meet store teams (local or regional) to improve Dyson’s market share in each product category • Analyze the performance of Dyson areas and provide recommendations for managing the store network • Implement targeted action plans to improve the performance of Dyson areas, involving retail partners directly • Lead the planning and execution of retail activation strategies to drive store traffic in your territory and improve conversion rates • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to design and implement impactful campaigns tailored to your area • Identify consumer opportunities and trends in the field to propose activation plans that reinforce Dyson’s premium positioning and deliver commercial results • Ensure operational excellence of Dyson presentations, merchandising and product display for consistency across all retailers • Promote the Dyson brand by engaging partner store teams (salespeople to management) and providing the training and tools needed to confidently represent Dyson across all categories • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of Dyson Expert demonstrators to deliver a premium customer experience and high-quality demonstrations across all Dyson products • Work with training managers to deploy onboarding, training and engagement programs • Conduct weekly store visits, hold one-to-one meetings and support team development to instill a performance culture • Manage HR administration and follow-up for the team: holidays, absences, annual reviews, and documentation of store visits • Manage and support the event calendar of retail partners and ensure alignment with the brand and product ranges • Participate in weekly and monthly field meetings and quarterly business reviews, with travel and overnight stays as required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field sales representative working with mass-market retailers • Versatility and agility: able to manage strategic tasks (analysis, negotiations etc.) and operational tasks (in-store presence, coaching, development) simultaneously • At least 3 years’ experience managing a field sales team, with the ability to motivate and mobilize teams around ambitious targets; leadership focused on recognition and talent development • Rigor and autonomy to manage remote work and adherence to routes • Ability to organize route plans according to priority stores within your geographic area • Thorough mastery of selling techniques, in-store merchandising and product demonstrations • Knowledge of management and coaching techniques, including remote coaching • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and end consumers • Active listening, curiosity and a desire to understand to find solutions • Deep and precise knowledge of the products sold and their specifications to propose the right solutions to customers • Curiosity and detailed knowledge of the sector and technological developments to understand customer challenges and manage competition • Analytical skills and comfort with numbers to understand and optimize shelf placements and product sales • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and production of weekly quantitative and qualitative reports to Sales Management • Proficiency in English required (minimum B2)
• Contract type: Permanent (CDI) • Hours: Full-time • Work regime: 215-day framework – generally Monday to Friday, but expect to work one Saturday in-store once per quarter to support field teams during peak business days
