📋 Description

• Find and act on opportunities to increase sales and profits and improve customer experience and satisfaction • Propose, test, and implement new services or operational improvements • Take responsibility for store performance and standards • Provide recommendations to management regarding stock and services • Maintain Dyson’s standards for customer experience, visual merchandising, and store environment • Address customer escalations and ensure resolution in line with brand values • Create personalized customer interactions that build brand advocacy • Lead execution of the Retail Activations calendar with market and global implementation teams • Recruit, coach, and develop managers and future store leaders • Set team and individual targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback • Create a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture • Participate in floor leadership and interact with customers and team daily • Drive store performance metrics and sustainable growth • Monitor results, identify trends, and take corrective action or make recommendations • Execute operational and merchandising strategies aligned with local HQ • Plan store readiness during peak trading periods • Uphold policies and standards for operations, security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention • Protect company assets and confidential information • Support store opening, closing, inventory accuracy, and maintenance tasks • Manage escalations and resolve operational or team-performance problems

• Responsibility for store performance and standards • Ability to increase sales and profits and improve customer experience • Ability to propose, test, and implement operational improvements • Ability to uphold customer experience, visual merchandising, and store environment standards • Ability to address and resolve customer escalations • Ability to recruit, coach, and develop managers and future store leaders • Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback • Ability to drive and analyze performance metrics including profit, volume, conversion rate, NPS, average purchase value, and attrition • Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising strategies • Knowledge of security, cash handling, health and safety, and loss prevention procedures • Ability to manage inventory accuracy, store maintenance, and operational escalations
