📋 Description

• Design and develop intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences • Build modern web applications • Develop user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows • Conduct user research and usability testing • Incorporate user feedback into designs • Perform cross-browser compatibility testing • Apply mobile-first design and accessibility standards • Collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development • Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design • Experience developing user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next, or Angular • Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and mobile-first design • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar tools • Experience with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Material UI, or other UI libraries and frameworks • Knowledge of accessibility standards such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and experience building accessible web applications • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns • Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps • Basic understanding of API integration, REST services, and front-end performance optimization • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web analytics tools is a plus • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Boards
