📋 Description

• Do you enjoy solving complex problems? As an ECON Consultant, you'll work on demanding projects across the entire energy value chain and on top-priority topics for the E.ON Group. • As a member of an international team, you will analyze and address challenges affecting the energy sector and their specific implications for our company. • You will collaborate closely with colleagues to develop strategic and operational solutions for E.ON across the whole value chain. • You will take responsibility for your own work packages and ensure that operational processes run smoothly. • You will develop concrete recommendations for action, prepare presentations and communicate your recommendations to senior management. • Direct communication and cooperation with clients complete a varied and multifaceted role.

🎯 Requirements

• A master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, (Business) Informatics or a related field demonstrating excellent academic performance. • Initial practical experience in consulting and/or the energy industry — experience with digital transformation is a plus. • Fluency in English and German. • Beyond enthusiasm for the energy sector, you have an affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking skills. • Your independent, solution-oriented approach to work sets you apart. • You want to make an impact and have an entrepreneurial, innovative mindset. • Clear, structured communication skills that allow you to convincingly engage with clients.
