📋 Description

• Lead and manage challenging digitalization, technology, and transformation projects • Analyze and model processes; identify optimization opportunities • Understand clients' problems and derive requirements • Establish new processes, collaboration models, and standards • Build and maintain relationships with project partners • Train and support individuals and teams; share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree • Several years of experience leading (large-scale) projects (agile, traditional, hybrid) • Experience designing and facilitating workshops • Strong skills with M365 and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project) • Strong interest in technology; basic practical experience is a plus • Ideally experience in change management • Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) • Occasional travel depending on the project
