📋 Description

• As an ECON Senior Consultant, you will be exposed to challenging projects across the entire energy value chain • You will work hand in hand with your project leads to develop strategic and operational solutions for E.ON • You will take responsibility for several critical project modules, independently manage client and operational processes, and develop concrete recommendations for action • You will facilitate workshops, prepare presentations, and communicate your recommendations to both the ECON management team and clients • You will assume initial leadership responsibilities by supervising new colleagues and interns and taking on a range of internal tasks

🎯 Requirements

• You hold an outstanding Master's degree • At least two years of professional experience in consulting or industry • Ideally, you already have initial experience in consulting and project management • Experience with digital transformation is a plus • Fluent in English and German • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset • Ability to challenge existing structures and drive projects forward proactively • Precise, structured communication skills and a talent for presentations
