📋 Description
• Perform SOC Level 1 operations • Provide customer support (phone, e-mail, instant messaging, etc.) and perform ticket triage • Monitor security tools and analyze incidents to assess their severity and urgency, escalating incidents when necessary • Prepare documentation and reports
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in SOC operations • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and data protection • Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems • Analytical mindset, good interpersonal communication, and ability to handle increasingly complex tasks for professional growth • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or related fields • Basic English
