E-Verify Program is an electronic employment-eligibility verification system operated by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (USCIS) that lets employers confirm that new hires are authorized to work in the United States. The web-based service integrates with Form I-9 processes and provides tools and features for enrollment, case processing (including Tentative Nonconfirmations), document upload (myE-Verify), photo/driver’s license matching, web services integration, reporting, and compliance guidance — including special guidance for federal contractors and emergency situations. E-Verify also offers training, webinars, and resources to help employers meet legal obligations and maintain program compliance.

📋 Description

• Creates complex technical proposals for customers by integrating knowledge of product, regulatory requirements, market, price point, organizational capabilities, and corporate strategy. • Communicates with customer to establish understanding of customer’s technical requirements and convey design capabilities, product performance, and organizational expertise. • Identifies new business opportunities. • Balances challenging customer expectations and internal manufacturing capabilities for complex processes. • When required, creates, and maintains project schedule, resources, and budget, which includes the generation of milestones required to complete assigned projects. • Leads the integration of quality management systems into project planning and execution, ensuring continuous quality improvement and compliance. • Leads stakeholder engagement strategies, resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholder interests with project objectives. • Leads the development of cost estimates (material and labor) in preparation for sales quotations for customer cable assemblies to be manufactured by Amphenol CMT. • Coordinates in a cross functional team a complete technical assessment for each project quoted, determining tooling requirements and cost, testing requirements and adapters required, level of manufacturing data required and determines if further clarification and/or documents are required from the customer. • Mentors structured problem solving approach to Customer technical contacts with onsite technical support involving industry standards, medical specifications, design assistance, Amphenol CMT production capabilities, and material requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in engineering / science with >3 years industry experience or >10 years in related technical role. • Bachelor of Science in engineering / science with >5 years of industry experience working in an engineering role or > 15 years work experience in highly technical engineering role. • Wire, cable, and interconnect experience. • Medical/FDA experience/knowledge. • Injection molding and extrusion experience. • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with emphasis on active listening and technical documentation. • Proficient with SolidWorks and/or ProE. • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
