• Manages SOC daily activities including building schedules and making sure all documentation such as but not limited to SOPs, Playbooks, CONOPS are up to date. • Manages Tiers I/II/III incident response operations. • Coordinates containment, eradication, and recovery activities. • Leads post-incident reviews and root cause analysis. • Ensures compliance with NIST SP 800-61 and FSA incident response SOPs. • Manages SIEM event “notables” dashboards. • Maintains coverage schedule per shift. • Maintains call tree including contact information for all partner organizations and CSPs.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in incident response. • Must have at least an active Secret clearance. • At least one of these certifications: GCIH, GCFA, GREM, among others. • Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, CDM, and malware analysis. • Experience with operating systems and networking. • Experience with AWS native services and tools. • Experience managing SOC overseeing complex systems. • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
