📋 Description

• You build smart campaigns and flows that go beyond standard, one-size-fits-all approaches. • From personalized emails and WhatsApp to print mailings — you’ll work across channels. • Your main focus, however, is clearly on email marketing. • You segment audiences intelligently, identify the right trigger points, and deliver content that drives revenue. • You analyze campaigns, flows, and customer behavior and optimize based on data — no gimmicks, with a strong focus on results. • You work closely with copywriters, designers and our tech team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of experience in email marketing, ideally with Klaviyo. • You reside in Germany or Austria. • You understand the specifics of D2C brands and are familiar with Shopify. • You know how target audiences think, can steer content based on data, and understand what good communication looks like. • You work in a structured, independent way and have a strong hands-on mentality. • Creativity, personal responsibility and team spirit are as important to you as a performance-oriented mindset. • Optional: You have experience planning and executing multichannel campaigns (email, WhatsApp and/or print mailing).
