📋 Description

• You work with online stores that you personally enjoy shopping at • You act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the team • You build strong client relationships through regular check-in calls and close collaboration • You have direct impact on our clients' growth and profitability • You implement sending-volume management, best practices, and innovative tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM • Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus • Fluent German and strong written and spoken English • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative marketing strategies • Proactive and personable — your positive presence makes it easy for others to approach you.
