📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and lead a team of software engineers • Set standards for code quality, architectural design, agile timelines, and production rollouts • Architect, optimize, and maintain complex, multi-tenant FileMaker applications • Ensure high performance and data integrity • Design and implement integrations between FileMaker and modern cloud infrastructures • Utilize AWS serverless architectures including Lambda, AppSync, and DynamoDB • Collaborate on JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks including Angular and React micro-frontends • Build robust user interfaces and decouple legacy dependencies • Drive advanced database design and data modeling • Bridge FileMaker with enterprise relational databases such as PostgreSQL via tools like Hasura • Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows • Streamline development, accelerate data migration testing, and enhance product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Absolute dominion over the FileMaker platform, including complex scripting, advanced relational design, server management, and Data API utilization • Proven experience designing and deploying serverless applications on AWS • Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS structures • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) • Experience with Node.js and full-stack engineering teams • Extensive background building, consuming, and securing RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Track record of acting as a technical lead • Experience managing aggressive software development timelines • Experience driving complex integrations across different systems • Hands-on approach to exploring new technologies, including AI integration • Ability to sit/stand for up to 8 hours per day • Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day • Applicants may be required to undergo background checks, drug testing, and/or fit-for-duty physical examination after accepting an offer
