• Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates across job boards and professional networks • Screen resumes and support candidate shortlisting • Coordinate interviews and maintain applicant tracking systems • Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive and professional experience • Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives • Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program • Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship • Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
