📋 Description

• Bring firsthand experience working within large US banks • Guide how our product is positioned, sold, and deployed into bank environments • Translate bank requirements (risk, compliance, procurement) into product, operations, and delivery workflows • Ensure alignment with how large banks evaluate and adopt new technology • Support enterprise deal cycles (procurement, security, onboarding) • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across banking organizations • Help develop deep strategic partnerships across banking and the financial services ecosystem • Oversee day-to-day operations across the company • Drive execution across product, sales, and delivery functions • Establish operating rhythms, processes, and accountability structures • Ensure teams are aligned, deadlines are met, and priorities are executed • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO across internal operations • Partner on strategy for selling into banks • Support pricing, packaging, and enterprise positioning • Improve conversion through better alignment with bank processes • Help refine messaging and positioning for enterprise customers • Establish processes for onboarding and supporting enterprise customers • Ensure readiness for compliance, risk, and operational expectations • Drive cross-functional execution across product, sales, and operations • Build scalable workflows for customer success and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within a large US bank (operations, transformation, partnerships, or similar) • Strong understanding of how banks evaluate and adopt new technology • Experience supporting enterprise sales or partnerships, or large scale • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Existing network within banking is a plus • Preferred MBA or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution • Existing network within US banking ecosystem
