• Support lead research/enrichment, including managing outsourced research teams, developing lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to drive prioritization for sales and corporate development. • Build sales sequences and automation strategies to increase outreach efficiency and conversion. • Manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, growth activation, and relationship management teams to activate growth initiatives and cross-selling. • Own sales reporting/dashboards and funnel analytics across corporate development and sales. • Bachelor's degree in relevant field • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales strategy roles within a high-performance, sales-driven environment, ideally in financial or professional services • Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM and sales automation platforms and sales reporting (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Seamless.ai, Looker, Excel) • Strong analytical skills; comfort working with sales data and drawing actionable insights • Highly proactive with the ability to take initiative and drive process improvements independently • Organized, and detail-oriented • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-first mindset
