📋 Description

• Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products • Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders • Be a key decision-maker on a small but talented team • Help us make Leona a company that stands out for its design excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience • Spanish & English language fluency • Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines. Has experience designing user experiences for complex native mobile applications, and has extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines • Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process • Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process • Experience working closely with engineers • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A passion for building
