âą 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation âą Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles âą Proven ability to map and optimize buyer journeys from awareness to conversion âą Experience designing and measuring multi-touch campaigns that drive pipeline growth âą Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) âą Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights âą Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams.
