• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads for warehousing and fulfilment solutions • Prospect and qualify crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound) and Shopify merchants • Conduct outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows • Educate prospects on Easyship’s warehousing and fulfilment services in the US, EU, UK, and APAC • Manage and nurture leads through early stages of the sales cycle • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives • Track and update all activities in HubSpot CRM • Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and logistics teams to align messaging and funnel performance • Stay up to date with industry trends, campaign launches, and fulfilment challenges within the crowdfunding space
• 1–2 years experience in a sales or lead qualification role, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce • Strong understanding of the crowdfunding space and/or global fulfilment processes is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and sales enablement tools (e.g. Gong, Outreach) • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach • Comfortable working across global time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Location requirement: United States of America or Canada only
